The Wotter Mission
We want people to enjoy work more. Because people who enjoy their work, work better.
By helping businesses benefit from – and retain – a happier, healthier workforce, we’re building a world where everyone gets more from their work.
Act
We're engineered for action
Using insight as the fuel that drives change, we exist to help businesses implement, monitor and demonstrate real improvements.

Aspire
Our world can always be better
We never stop looking for ways to support forward-thinking businesses and employees as they build a future that benefits everyone.
Include
Understanding each other helps us work together
We enable diverse workforces to communicate their different experiences and needs; and help businesses connect these to shared goals.

Innovate
AI or IRL, everything we do is underpinned by intelligent innovation
Whether solving problems or seeking improvements, we’re always looking for new and better ways to work.

Doing our bit
Our environment matters
We’re committed to making the world a better place, inside and outside the office, which is why we’ve made our platform carbon neutral.

The Commmunity
At Wotter, we care about supporting the community. For that reason, we match the total of all funds raised by our team members for charitable organisations. We like to get stuck in and support charities promoted by our clients, too.
Here’s just a few of the causes Wotter’s supported recently:
Refuge is the largest domestic abuse organisation in the UK. Every day, Refuge supports thousands of women and their children, helping them to overcome the physical, emotional, financial and logistical impacts of abuse and rebuild their lives — free from fear.
The Literacy Hubs help young people to develop the literacy skills they need to thrive. They work with young people from the least advantaged communities, building learning programs tailored to their specific literacy needs. These unique and creative learning environments help young people to develop their literacy skills and fall in love with reading and writing.
Foothold supports engineers and their families through times of difficulty. Foothold helps out with financial struggles, legal advice, wellbeing and plenty more.
Eight Foundation is a grant-making Trust created by CEO of Eight Wealth Management, Ian Riggs, to help the local community with situations surrounding health, poverty and education.
The LGBTQIA+ Community
Wotter provides tickets for underprivileged members of the local LGBTQIA+ community to go to nearby Pride events.
Education & Apprenticeships
We’re passionate about supporting members of the local community in their education and future careers. That’s why Wotter provides work experience opportunities to people in further education and participates in initiatives like the Government’s Kickstart Scheme.
The Kickstart Scheme helped to create new jobs for 16-24 year-olds on Universal Credit at risk of long-term unemployment. Through the Kickstart Scheme, we’ve helped to train and equip a number of great people who have now been able to find full-time work in aspirational careers.
